Objective
Our objective is to provide the necessary material to create a complete CD with the quality, graphic project, and sound as found on the original work. For many reasons, it is not possible for us to produce a whole lot of CDs that are enough for distributing the music in national (and international) territory.
So this alternative distribution form was elaborated, where the resources of the original work are supplied to third parties, that become responsible for this material's reproduction, and make benefits from the profit of this work.
None of this material can be included in compilations, paid websites, or under the name of other bands or artists, without the express authorization of the authors, which can be negotiated directly with them.
The objective must be followed to help distributing the work in question. By no means this project is a transference or authoral rights/pressing ceasing of the work. It is just a permission for the making of CDs that are based on the material of the demo EP "Day After Day", in CD-R medium, with cover pressing for use with a paper envelope or a jewel case.

Rules
As previously stated, the CD must be crafted, or "burned", in standard CD-R medium, with the tracks in the supplied order. A booklet must be included with the CD and must be pressed from the supplied file, according to the kind of paper available, and the cover must be chosen according to how the CD will be distributed, either in an envelope or jewel case.
In case of paid redistribution, the price must be a maximum of US$2,00 or R$5,00, which can cover the expenses regarding the making of the CD, and make a profit for who made the copies and worked on the CD cover.
One of the conditions is that if, in case of more than 10 copies made, at least 10% of them must be distributed to a local specialized press entity and, after that, the band must be informed to where the CD(s) was(were) sent, to avoid wastefulness. This exigence won't have to be followed if less than 10 copies are made.
If a CD is intended to be sent to a non-specialized music press entity, the band must be contacted before the CD(s) is(are) sent.

Statistics
For every copy(ies) made, the band must be informed, whenever or after the copies are made, preferrably in a "digest" format, the quantity of crafted, distributed and sold CD, for copy controlling issues.
Following the maximum stablished price, the full monetary value belongs to who crafted and distributed the CDs.

The composition of the stated material is dated from the year 2000 to March, 2002; the production, recording and editing is dated from December, 2002; all original compositions, without references to other bands' compositions.
